5 Things to Know: Relay for Life, YNOT Youth, Election Recount

Recount Completed: The Pinellas County Canvassing Board conducted a complete recount of the 1,867 poll and mail in ballots for the Gulfport Municipal Elections Ward 1 Councilmember race. The recount shows that the results are correct and Dan Liedtke wins by nine votes.

Relay for Life: The annual Gulfport Relay for Life all night fundraiser is on Saturday, April 14 at the Gulfport Recreation Center. There's still time to get involved! YNOT Needs Your Help: YNOT Youth Ministries is an outreach program for area youth in Gulfport and surrounding St. Petersburg. Organizers are asking you to consider sponsoring participants and/or upcoming events. They are working on a program to fix bicycles to provide to local students and people in need. They want to send 20 teens to summer camp in June and they're working to provide free tutoring services.
