Council members to be sworn in tonight, Gulfport Fresh Market, Senior Follies tickets sold out and more in "5 Things to Know Today."

"Oath of Office": Incumbent Jennifer Salmon and Dan Liedtke will be sworn into office tonight at 7 p.m. at the Catherine Hickman Theater during the Regular City Council Meeting. Liedtke and Salmon won the council seats for Ward 1 and 3 on Tuesday, March 13 during the Municipal Elections.
Gulfport Fresh Market: It's a great day to stop by the market! The market features fruits, vegetables, seafood, cheese, honey, baked goods, teas, herbs and plants. Vendors also sell local arts and crafts and feature live music. Don't forget to "like" Gulfport Tuesday Fresh Market on Facebook!
