Volunteers for Earthfest: Organizers are seeking volunteers for Earthfest 2012 on Sunday April 1 and April 15 from 12 - 2 p.m. EarthFest needs Creative Idea People to design and help others to create costumes, masks and puppets for the EarthFest 2012 WATER Walking Parade. And EarthFest needs Kids (of all ages) to join in the fun of helping to celebrate Earth Day by joining our Water Walking Parade at EarthFest 2012. Peepmania! Now through the end of April, there's a special sweet selection on the Industrial Arts Center's glass blowing menu -- solid glass peeps. These precious little birdies are sculpted in your choice of colors. Solid glass peeps will only be available at Art Walks and special events now through the month of April. The Industrial Arts Center doors will be open during the Gulfport Springfest on Saturday, March 31st, from noon until 5 pm.
