5 Things to Know Today: Meet the Candidate Forum, City Meetings Moved
The City Council Candidate Forum is announced, City Meetings Moved, Donations to Veterans and more in "5 Things to Know Today."

City Council Candidates Forum: The League of Women Voters will host a “Meet the Candidates” forum on Monday, Feb. 6 at 7 p.m. for the four city council candidates who will appear on the ballot in March. The forum will be at the Catherine Hickman Theater.
Donations to Veterans: During Tuesday night's City Council Meeting Bob Worthington announced that more than $3,000 was raised and donated to veterans organizations following the Heroes Weekend event in November 2011.
Meetings Moved: Every City Council Meeting and Workshop between now and March will be held at the Catherine Hickman Theater, 5501 27th Ave S. Crews will be working on air-conditioning in the building during that time.
