Art Walk Guests Receive Surprise Entertainment

Organizers are stepping up the entertainment lineup for the Third Saturday Art Walks in Gulfport. This past Saturday guests were dazzled by a stilt walker, a juggler and a balloon artist during the event.

That's right! In addition to one-of-a-kind artwork, guests are able to see unique and fun-filled "shows" along Beach Boulevard.

The Gulfport Merchants Association started a program with extra entertainment in June and this past Saturday, performers surprised guests with an array of talent.

Tampa Bay based business Your Total Entertainment was hired by organizers to provide another level of fun and performance to the evening.

The performers roamed downtown Gulfport, creating memories and smiles for guests. Balloon artist and juggling extraordinaire, Kenny Toombs, provided a spectacle for passers by.

Toombs has performed in Gulfport before and says that he enjoys it a lot. “It’s a nice, family atmosphere,” said Toombs.

Catch a new group of live entertainers on Saturday, August 18 at 6 p.m. Don't forget, there's also a First Friday Art Walk on Friday, August 3 at 6 p.m.
