Caddy’s Gulfport Abruptly Closes Its Doors

GULFPORT, FL — Caddy’s Gulfport location at 3128 Beach Blvd. S. has closed its doors for good, according to signs posted outside the restaurant Thursday night.

“Caddy’s Gulfport has closed. It has been a pleasure serving the Gulfport community,” the signs read. “Please visit us at our other Caddy’s locations: Bradenton, Treasure Island, Madeira Beach, John’s Pass and Indian Shores.”

The local chain opened at the end of February 2019, according to The Gabber. Before this, the space was occupied for three years by Manatees on the Bay.

The Caddy’s Gulfport Facebook page doesn’t indicate its closure as of Friday morning. The restaurant’s last social media post promoted July 4 specials and events.
