City Wide Crime Watch: Organizers with the City Wide Gulfport Crime Awareness & Prevention group have suspended meetings for the next three months. If you have any questions contact Jeri Reed at JRVolunteer@aol.com.
Social Media: Patch has partnered with Localshops1 to offer an evening of social media power tips geared to small businesses from local experts plus great appetizers and entertainment on Thursday, July 12 from 6 - 9 p.m. at the St. Pete Pier. Tickets are still available for $20.
Live Bat: That's right! There will be a live bat at the Gulfport Public Library today at 2:30 p.m. The special presentation by Boyd Hill Nature Preserve is sponsored by the Circle of Friends of the Gulfport Public Library.
