"We are discussing a local ordinance which creates smoke-free playgrounds and offers tax-paying citizens with lung issues a portion of the beach to enjoy. (By the way, creating less litter). This is not about eroding "personal choice"; it is about the responsibility a town has for the general welfare of all of its citizens, not just those who smoke."
