Free Meals Provided to Children in Pinellas County

All children 18 years old and younger can eat for free this summer at multiple sites throughout Pinellas County including Gibbs High School.

All children 18 years old and younger can eat for free, regardless of their economic situation. There are multiple sites throughout Pinellas County where meals will be available during certain dates and times.

Summer Break Spot is a federal nutrition program sponsored locally by Pinellas County Health and Human Services and Pinellas County Schools.

Most sites serve a maximum of two meals per day or a meal and a snack. Many sites offer free meals to all children under the age of 18, regardless of economic situation. Other sites, where children are enrolled in a summer program, offer the meals to children in the program.
