If you love eggs, veggies and cheese, you'll love one of Stella's quiche de jour options on their menu. There's always more than one option, but on this day I ordered the vegetable and goat cheese dish with a side of hash browns.

The quiche de jour is $5.95 with a side of either hash browns, home fries or grits. The portion is well worth that price and the "surprise" combination is a winner for my taste buds!
