Tropical Tuna Teases Taste Buds

This week, I've chosen to highlight one of my favorite meals in town! I love seafood, curry and mango . . . so "Wade's Tropical Tuna" was practically invented for me. Of course, Wade created this masterpiece before ever meeting me, never the less, just the thought of the dish makes me smile.

Ok, back to the meal! "Wade's Tropical Tuna" is listed on the dinner menu for $15.95 at O'Maddy's Bar & Grille. The dish and features a banana crusted Ahi tuna steak seared golden brown and served with sweet potato chunks, sauteed spinach and a mango curry sauce. Because there are so many wonderful flavors, each bite is different but still extremely tasteful.
