Largo Jail Bookings: June 24-30

The following report shows charges associated with Largo residents booked at Pinellas County Jail between June 24-30. All felony arrests were made by the Largo Police Department unless noted otherwise. 

Being arrested on charges does not mean a person has been convicted of the crime.

June 24

Richard Bertrand Banfield, 48, of Largo, was arrested and charged with sale of methadone and possession of methadone. He is in jail awaiting trial on $12,000 bond.

Joseph Harper Chumbley, 30, of Largo, was arrested and charged with domestic battery. He was released on $3,500 bond.

April Lynn Olger, 34, of Clearwater, was arrested and charged with retail theft. She is in jail awaiting trial on $2,000 bond.

Christopher Michael Webster, 39, of Pinellas Park, was arrested and charged with petit theft (two priors). He is in jail awaiting trial on $2,000 bond.

Douglas James York, of Largo, was arrested and charged with three counts of failure to appear. He is in jail awaiting trial.

June 25

Willie D. Williams, of Largo, was arrested and charged with battery. He was released on $30,000 bond.

June 26

Carl Covington, 49, of St. Petersburg, was arrested and charged with battery, strong arm robbery, possession or use of anti-shoplifting device and failure to register as a sex offender. He is in jail awaiting trial on $15,500 bond.

Thomas E. Farmer, 44, of Largo, was arrested and charged with child abuse. He was released on $10,000 bond.

Teri Marie Hall, 42, of Clearwater, was arrested and charged with petit theft (two priors). She is in jail awaiting trial on $2,000 bond.

Michael John Kubiczki, 19, of Clearwater, was arrested and charged with obtain or attempt to obtain controlled substance by fraud. He was released on his own recognizance.

Casey Brianna Smith, 22, of St. Petersburg, was arrested and charged with battery and strong arm robbery. She is in jail awaiting trial on $5,500 bond.

Christine Kim Ward, 41, of Largo, was arrested and charged with violation of probation. She is in jail awaiting trial.

June 27

Bobby Lee Haynes, 22, of Largo, was arrested and charged with violation of probation. He is in jail awaiting trial.

Raymond de le Cruz, 37, of Clearwater, was arrested and charged with uttering forged bills, fraud use of credit card and forgery. He was released on his own recognizance.

Nicole Lynn Keller, 23, of Spring Hill, was arrested and charged with failure to appear. She was released on $10,013 bond.

William Kenneth Zaharoff, 70, of Clearwater, was arrested and charged with two counts of sale of a controlled substance and two counts of possession of a controlled substance. He was released on $30,000 bond.

June 28

Shaquan Antionette Batts, 19, of Clearwater, was arrested and charged with child neglect and aggravated battery. She was released on $10,000 bond.

Linette Enid Diaz Rivera, 28, of Clearwater, was arrested and charged with child neglect, possession of percocet, driving under the influence, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. She is in jail awaiting trial on $7,800 bond.

Carlos Moses Marti, 28, of Largo, was arrested and charged with resisting arrest without violence, battery, obstruction, sale of marijuana and possession of marijuana. He is in jail awaiting trial on $1,005 bond.

Juliette M. Netzel, 28, of Largo, was arrested and charged with grand theft (from a dwelling), false verification of ownership and violation of probation (grand theft). She is in jail awaiting trial on $10,000 bond.

Joseph Irwin Walden, 30, of Clearwater, was arrested and charged with false imprisonment (domestic). He was released on $1,000 bond.

June 30

William Edward Swango, 41, of Largo, was arrested and charged with inhaling, possession, sale, of harmful chemical substance. He is in jail awaiting trial on $5,250 bond.
