Person Found Shot, Killed on Woodrow Avenue Saturday Night

The Largo Police Department is investigating a shooting death that took place on Woodrow Avenue NW late Saturday night.

According to the department, citizens called to report someone in a vehicle with other people when the victim was shot.

The adult victim was left in the parking lot as the vehicle fled the scene. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.

Largo Police detectives are actively investigating this incident. They believe the victim and the suspect(s) had a planned meeting and there is no ongoing threat to the community.
