Tampa Man Charged in Largo Credit Union Robbery

A Tampa man is accused of robbing a Florida Central Credit Union in Largo of nearly $60,000 last year, the Tampa Bay Times reports.

Francisco Feliciano, 41, was charged Friday with robbery with a deadly weapon. 

Authorities say Feliciano entered the credit union on Jan. 21, 2011, and told tellers he had a bomb and a gun, threatening to kill them if they gave him any "funny money," according to the Times, citing an arrest report.

Feliciano denied he had any involvement in the robbery, the Times reports.
