Casa Fresca Homes Launches Pasadena Point With Record Home Sales

WESLEY CHAPEL, FL — Demand is high for Pasadena Point, Casa Fresca Homes’ first community in Wesley Chapel.

The community is the homebuilders’ largest and most successful sales launch, and its fastest-selling community to date. Fifty homes that were available for release have been sold following the community grand opening on Dec. 10.
