Grand Opening Planned For Casa Fresca Homes At Pasadena Point

WESLEY CHAPEL, FL —Casa Fresca Homes, a subsidiary of Homes by WestBay, will hold a grand opening for Pasadena Point, its first community in Wesley Chapel, on Dec. 10 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at 34462 Moonflower Ave.

The community features stylish and affordable entry-level new construction homes in one of the region’s most popular and growing locations.

Pasadena Point is located off Overpass Road, just a few miles from Wesley Chapel District Park, Zephyr Commons, The Grove at Wesley Chapel and The Shops at Wiregrass.
