Trick-Or-Treat With Shelter Animals
The Cats, Bats and Bones event is a chance for kids to meet and greet shelter animals and have fun.
Have you been in the market for a pet? Hillsborough County Animal Services' Cats, Bats and Bones event may be the perfect time to adopt one.
The Halloween inspired event is scheduled for 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 20.
Participants can meet real Florida bats, trick-or-treat with shelter animals and take part in a kids costume parade. Kids will also decorate art to place in the shelter.

Adoption specials will also be offered for cats and dogs throughout the event, helping to justify the drive from Lutz. Photo I.D. and proof of address (utility bill, etc.) are required for pet adoption. Please leave family pets at home for this event.
