AT&T is hiring for more than 140 positions at its Miami call center. The openings are for Bilingual (Spanish/English) Sales Representatives, Bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Representatives, and Entertainment Sales and Service Consultants. All positions require previous sales experience. Hiring events for the Customer Service Representative and Entertainment Sales and Service Consultant positions are set for mid-August.

AT&T Bilingual Sales Representatives build customer relationships, enhance the customer's buying experience and retain customers by striving to deliver an effortless customer experience. Starting pay for these positions is $400.00 - $751.50 per week, depending on experience and education, with potential for salary increases every 6 months. Sales Representatives can also earn up to $500.40 per week in target incentive if they meet their sales objectives. They handle in-bound calls. They answer questions about our products and services, and handle billing inquiries and business transactions. These positions start at $12.62 - $15.86 per hour, and offer a salary increase every 6 months until top pay is reached. A hiring event for these jobs is set for August 16.
