Reader's Spotlight: Bestselling Author, Chef to Demonstrate Healthy Cooking
Chef Cary Neff will do a healthy cooking demonstration Feb. 19 at the Health & Wellness Center at Florida Hospital Wesley Chapel.
The author of Conscious Cuisine, Chef Cary Neff, will be on hand at the Health & Wellness Center at Florida Hospital Wesley Chapel, 2600 Bruce B. Downs Blvd., Wesley Chapel, Tuesday, Feb. 19 at 6:30 p.m. to present a healthy cooking demonstration.
According to a calendar listing by Tracy Clouser on New Tampa Patch, Neff will make a variety of healthy recipes for participants to sample. Attendees will receive a copy of the recipes to try at home.
