Local news media reported Friday afternoon that NBC would not air the debate as it originally scheduled.
According to an NBC source, those reports stemmed from confusion among stations when, out of an abundance of caution, NBC left the standard program listings for Monday in place, including Fear Factor at 9 p.m. and Rock Center with Brian Williams at 10 p.m.
The program listings will update with more timely information as it becomes known, the source said.
