There sure are, according to an article from the Smithsonian.

Blood type, metabolism and even clothing color can all play a role, according to the Smithsonian story. Pregnancy and genetics are also potential risk factors.

Beer drinkers, as it turns out, are also particularly tempting treats for mosquitoes.

“Just a single 12-ounce bottle of beer can make you more attractive to the insects,” the Smithsonian reported. The why behind that, however, remains a “mystery.”
