From 7:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. on Dec. 31, the property will offer an elegant four-course dining experience at their on-site Valencia Restaurant. Starting at $60, guests can expect chef-curated dishes like Tomato Bisque, BBQ Korean Gochujang Wings and Braised Beef Short Rib as well as decadent desserts like Berry Compote and S’mores Chocolate Indulge Cake. At the end of the night, guests can toast to a new year with a complimentary glass of champagne.
