Colliers’ Alex Evans joins NAIOP Central Florida Board

Orlando, FL, Feb. 25, 2025 – Alex Evans, Colliers’ managing director and market leader in Orlando, has joined the National Association for Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP) Central Florida Chapter’s board of directors. Evans will serve as a director and will fulfill a three-year term that will run from 2025 until 2028.

NAIOP’s network of 51 chapters connects members and offers easy access to market education, personalized networking opportunities and local legislative efforts. Evans joined the NAIOP Central Florida Chapter in 2024 and has been an active participant in the chapter since 2017.

Evans joined Colliers in 2024 and oversees all brokerage operations, recruitment, retention and business development for Colliers in Orlando. He brings over 16 years of experience in management, commercial real estate brokerage transactions, and development. He also has a strong track record of driving revenue growth and improving efficiency.
