FL Restaurant Robbed By Man In Scuba Gear Who Swam Away: Reports
The suspect, dressed in scuba gear, swam away after robbing a Disney Springs restaurant of more than $10,000, reports said.
ORANGE COUNTY, FL — Investigators are searching for a man who robbed a Disney Springs restaurant while wearing scuba gear early Monday morning, according to multiple reports.
The suspect took more than $10,000 in cash from Paddlefish, the Observer reported.
He swam up to the restaurant just after midnight, took off his wetsuit and walked into the manager’s office, where he robbed two employees counting cash to put into the safe, according to WFTV.

Within minutes, he put his wetsuit back on and swam away from the restaurant, reports said.
Witnesses told Orange County deputies that the suspect weighs about 160 pounds and stands about 5 feet, 10 inches tall, WESH said.
