  1. The windows of local gay bar The District Dive were shattered on Wednesday morning in what is being called a "hate crime" by the Milk District Main Street. The incident happened between the hours of 3:30 a.m. and 4 a.m. and was captured on video. An investigation is now underway by Orlando Police. (Bungalower)
  2. Greater Orlando Aviation Authority is already looking to renovate the brand-new Terminal C at Orlando International Airport (MCO). One request officials have received is to add moving walkways although changing the design could be tricky. (WESH)
  3. Orlando abortion-rights advocates will join a National March for Abortion this Saturday, Jan. 21 at Orlando City Hall. It is the 50th anniversary of the landmark Roe v. Wade Supreme Court decision. Florida's Republican-led legislature and Governor Ron DeSantis have already approved a 15-week abortion ban. (Orlando Weekly)
  4. Filipino fast food chain Jollibee has now opened its first Orlando location at 11891 Colonial Drive. It marks the company’s 87th restaurant location in North America and fourth in Florida. "We’re very grateful that the Filipino fan base that have come to love Jollibee has come over and supported Jollibee all throughout the years, especially here at the Orlando opening," said Luis Velasco, vice president of marketing for Jollibee.   5. Orange County Arts & Cultural Affairs is hosting the 8th Annual Sculpture on the Lawn season on Friday, Jan. 20. The public is invited to join this year’s artists at a reception at 5:30 p.m. and view sculptures selected by the Public Art Review Board of the Arts & Cultural Affairs Advisory Council.
