- The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has proposed fines of more than $100,000 against Magic in the Sky after an explosion at a fireworks warehouse in Central Florida last year. The incident left four people dead and one more person seriously injured. OSHA's proposal can be appealed by the company. (WESH)
- The inaugural Orlando Brunchfest is happening on June 24 at Orlando Festival Park with unlimited drinks and a select number of food tickets. Proceeds will benefit and raise awareness for local wedding charity WeddingWish.com. The event is for ages 21 and older only. Students can enjoy half-priced tickets as well. - Brevard County has a new superintendent, Dr. Mark Rendell. He is working to fill vacancies with teachers and bus drivers this summer. Rendell is hoping to address student discipline in the upcoming year. (Click Orlando)
- An Orlando man was arrested after he fraudulently returned $40,000 worth of products he bought from Amazon, according to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement. Police said the man would buy expensive goods and then return cheaper items back to the retail giant and did it dozens of times. The value of the goods is over $40,000. (Fox 35)
- Universal Studios' Halloween Horror Nights is adding "The Last Of Us" to the attraction this year with a new haunted house. The game is celebrating 10 years this year. Tickets are already on-sale for Halloween Horror Nights with the event opening on Sept. 1. (Orlando Weekly)
