3. A restaurant altercation led to a shooting in downtown Orlando. Police arrested 32-year-old Monique Nicole James for shooting a man at a restaurant on South Orange Avenue near East Pine Street. (WESH)
4. A group of attorneys filed a lawsuit Sunday in an effort to force the State of Florida to restore $300 weekly extended federal unemployment benefits. There are numerous similar lawsuits in other states that also ended unemployment benefits ahead of a planned federal sunset. (Spectrum News 13)
5. In the latest turn of the CDC cruise lawsuit in Florida, a federal appeals court threw out pandemic restrictions on Friday for cruises and said that the CDC "failed to demonstrate an entitlement to a stay pending appeal." (WFTV)
