  1. Orange County Commissioners approved a tenant bill of rights on Tuesday. The tenant bill of rights will introduce regulations on landlords that will be enforced through civil citations. Orange County will become only the second county in the state of Florida to create a dedicated office designed to help tenants work with landlords after Miami-Dade County, according to officials.   2. A long-time resident of Winter Park and founder of pest control company, Massey Services, has died. Harvey L. Massey was 81 years old and died peacefully on Tuesday, according to a news release. (Click Orlando)
  3. A Florida man accused of driving drunk into a dentist's office in Ocala has been charged with DUI, causing property damage, fleeing the scene, and also resisting arrest. Police said the suspect had a blood alcohol level of .14, which is nearly twice the legal limit. (Fox 35 Orlando)
  4. Johnny and Jimmy Tung of Central Florida has been nominated for a James Beard award for Outstanding Restaurateur nomination. The Tungs are the people behind Bento Asian Kitchen + Sushi and numerous other concepts in the area. The Tungs are also behind Camille, Sorekara, the Foreigner, and Bang Bang Noodle Co.
