  1. Portillo's has opened its second location in Central Florida in Kissimmee at 8041 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy. A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held Tuesday at 10 a.m. to celebrate the grand opening of the location. (Fox 35 Orlando)
  2. A new wine bar and restaurant is being proposed in Mills 50. Birchwood Tree LLC is the applicant for the new restaurant and also owns the property for the space and is also proposing a garden patio area. (Subscription: Orlando Business Journal)
  3. Orlando police released an image on Tuesday of a suspected gunman in a carjacking at Orlando International Airport. Police said the suspected gunman is a man in his mid-20s and was wearing a black crewneck sweatshirt, dark pants and dark shoes. (Click Orlando)
  4. New Smyrna Beach City leaders voted to pause certain types of development in the town's flood zones Tuesday evening in the aftermath of Hurricane Ian. The city experienced 21 inches of rain in less than 24 hours from Hurricane Ian and more than 800 homes were flooded. (WFTV)
  5. Orange County leaders met this week to discuss the affordable housing crisis plaguing the city. The occupancy case in Orange County is at 92 percent. The county said they need to build 86,000 new units to meet the demand by 2030. (Spectrum News 13)
