  1. Nazis rallied outside of Walt Disney World this past weekend and in support of Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis. State Rep. Anna V. Eskamani (D-Orlando) condemned the demonstrators and called it "disgusting." Pop singer Pink retweeted the post from Eskamani shocked at the strong display of hate in Orlando. (Orlando Patch)
  2. Lazy Dog is bringing classic American cuisine back to style in a new restaurant with menu items including Salisbury steaks, as well as roasted turkey and pot pies. The restaurant concept has a planned opening in late July 2023 at 8019 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy. Currently the restaurant has a concept in Boca Raton. (Fox 35)
  3. Dr. Phillips Center and Pepsico has renewed their partnership to support the arts in Central Florida. The partnership has already impacted over 3,500 beneficiaries with access to the arts. The program gives residents from all backgrounds, ages, and economic statuses a chance to enjoy free performances. (WFTV)
  4. RockPit Brewing in Orlando has recently launched a craft distillery with moonshine being one of their first products. Samples are being served for those ages 21 years and older at the venue. The popular brewery has also recently made a watermelon sour beer named "Seeds and Desist" after being issued a cease-and-desist letter over the previous name of the beer. (The Community Paper)
  5. The chief judge in Seminole and Brevard Counties is calling for an expansion of the Moore Justice Center in Viera, decrying a lack of investment in courts. There are currently only 21 courtrooms for 27 judges and three magistrates. Brevard County is assessing how much the expansion would cost. (WFTV)
