Here are the top stories today in Orlando:

1. Cuban comfort food chain Zaza is making moves across the Central Florida region with a new location planned for Oviedo. They are also planning locations in Maitland, Hunter's Creek, and possibly in Tampa. (Orlando Weekly)

2. AdventHealth in Central Florida moved to code "black" after a surge of COVID-19 patients. The hospital system will defer non-emergency surgeries at hospitals throughout Central Florida division. Officials say this is the most COVID-19 patients they have seen during the pandemic. (Click Orlando)

3. Parliament House, a popular LGBTQ+ venue that closed in November 2020, is reopening in downtown Orlando in the former home of the CityArts Factory. An opening date has not been released yet. (Bungalower)

4. An Orlando Baldwin Park woman posted a photo on Facebook of a 4-foot ball python snake slithering in her bathroom on Friday morning. She believes the snake was camping out by her fridge before she moved in. The snake was safely removed from her apartment and relocated. (Fox 35 Orlando)

5. The City of Orlando is continuing to offer opportunities for community members to get the COVID-19 vaccine in their own neighborhoods in August. The one-day vaccination sites will be offering the Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson vaccines. (WFTV)
