This class is for students that are newer to yoga. Use the chair as a tool to work on more basic yoga poses both standing and sitting. The goal is to gain more flexibility and balance. Each class will end with a short meditation or pranayama (yoga breathing exercises) to complete our practice.
Dates: Mondays, 5:30-6:30 pm
Session 1: January 26-February 23 (no class 2/16)
Session 2: April 6-27
Ages 16+
Cost: $60 for 4 classes
