Jail Bookings of Palm Harbor Residents: Aug. 24 to 30

The following report shows charges associated with Palm Harbor residents booked at Pinellas County Jail between Aug. 24 and 30, 2013. All arrests were made by Pinellas County Sheriff's deputies unless noted otherwise. 

Being arrested on charges does not mean a person has been convicted of the crime. 

Aug. 24

• Hasan Kamal Samuels, 34, of the 900 block of Michigan Ave., was charged with misdemeanor domestic battery, violation of probation for two counts of driving while a license is suspended or revoked, and misdemeanor possession of marijuana. He is in custody at Pinellas County Jail.
• Ronald E. Dodson, 37, of the 2200 block of Grovecrest Ave., was charged with misdemeanor DUI. He was released on his own recognizance.
• Debra Lynn Gronewold, 54, of the 400 block of 19th St., was charged with felony aggravated assault. She was released on her own recognizance. 
• Michael John Hackett, 37, of the 2800 block of Rustic Oaks Dr., was charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct. He was released on bond.
• Salvatore Enrico Postiglione, 19, of the 900 block of Vally View Circle, was charged with misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on bond.

Aug. 25

• Lisa June Belden, 41, of the 100 block of Alternate U.S. Highway 19 S, was charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct at a licensed establishment. She was released on bond.
• William Mark Connell, 37, of the 1700 block of Hampton Lane, was charged with misdemeanor DUI. He was released on his own recognizance.
• Christopher Scott Collins, 25, of the 2400 block of Osprey Ave., was charged with misdemeanor domestic battery, improper exhibition of a firearm or dangerous weapon and disorderly conduct. He is in custody and awaiting trial at Pinellas County Jail. 

Aug. 26

• Keagan Ryne Richburg, 29, of the 36000 block of U.S. Highway 19 N, was charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct. He was released on bond.  
• Grant M. Schaller, 38, of the 3500 Landmark Place, was charged with the following misdemeanors: possession of drug paraphernalia, simple battery and domestic battery; and felony possession of a controlled substance. He was released on his own recognizance.
• Kelly Christine Stahel, 47, of the 2600 Lakeside Circle, was charged with misdemeanor domestic battery upon a spouse. 
• Roy Anthony Waytowich, 30, of the 1900 block of Citrus Hill Road, was charged with misdemeanor misdemeanor driving while a license is suspended or revoked. He was released on bond.

Aug. 27

• Benjamin Eric First, 45, of the 4100 block of Woodlands Parkway, was charged with felony aggravated assault and fleeing and eluding. He was released on bond. 
• Anthony James Henderson, 36, of the 1900 block of Citrus Hill Road, was charged with two felony counts of burglary of an unoccupied structure. He is in custody and awaiting trail on bond.
• Frank Luigi Minniti, 33, of the 200 block of Katherin Blvd., was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance. He was released on bond.
• Midreanna Lynn Pasqualichio, 31, of the 3000 block of Sugar Bear Trail, was charged with misdemeanor violation of probation for driving while a license is suspended or revoked. She was released on bond.
• Steven John Silva, 42, of the 2200 block of Alternate U.S. Highway 19, was charged with the following misdemeanors: DUI, domestic battery and driving while a license is suspended or revoked.  
• Gerald Waytowich, 37, of the 3800 block of Lake Shore Drive, was charged with felony dealing in stolen property and burglary of an unoccupied structure. He is awaiting trial on $30,000 bond.

Aug. 28

• Nadezakea Susan Poplavski, 23, of the 3800 block of Lancaster Court, was charged with felony possession of hydromorphone and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on bond.
• Anthony John Callerame, 30, of the 1400 block of Noell Blvd., was charged with misdemeanor obstructing or resisting an officer without violence and the following felonies: grand theft and violation of probation for the sale, manufacturing and deliver of other schedule I or II substances. He is in custody at Pinellas County Jail.
• John Francis Ohanlon, 41, of the 700 block of Robin Avenue, was charged with felony driving while a license is suspended or revoked (third offense) and misdemeanor DUI. He is released on bond.  

Aug. 29

• Mark Wesley Parrish, 33, of the 4500 block of Bardsdale Drive, was charged with felony threatening a public servant and the following misdemeanors: DUI, possession of marijuana and obstructing or resisting an officer without violence. 
• Albert James Donohue, 51, of the 1800 block of Nebraska Avenue, was charged with misdemeanor failure to appear on a Pasco County battery charge.
• Claudia Bibana Gomez, 41, of the 2800 block of Cinnamon Bear Trail, was charged with misdemeanor retail theft.
• Michael C. McLain, 30, of the 3600 block of Rolando Drive, was charged with three felony counts of burglary of an unoccupied conveyance and felony assault burglary. 
• Austin Simpson, 19, of the 500 block of Hollow Ridge Road, was sentenced on a misdemeanor possession of marijuana charge. 

Aug. 30

• Dmytro Grozin, 39, of the 3600 block of Trafalgar Way, was charged with misdemeanor DUI. He was released on his own recognizance. 
• David Lee Stewart, 47, of the 1300 block of Indian Trail N., was charged with felony DUI (a crash involving property damage). He was released on $5,000 bond.
