Palm Harbor Jail Bookings: Aug. 31 to Sept. 6

The following report shows charges associated with Palm Harbor residents booked at Pinellas County Jail between Aug. 31 and Sept. 6, 2013. All arrests were made by Pinellas County Sheriff's deputies unless noted otherwise. 

Being arrested on charges does not mean a person has been convicted of the crime. 

Aug. 31

• Geoffrey Litton Donahoe, 48, of the 200 block of Dempsey Road, was charged with misdemeanor DUI and the following felonies: failure to notify change of address and possession of cocaine. He was released on bond.
• Shirley E. Escobar, 41, of the 2400 block of Cypress Pond Road, was charged with misdemeanor domestic battery. She was released on her own recognizance.
• Cassandra Gegenfurtner, 27, of the 200 block of W. Canal Drive, was charged with misdemeanor domestic battery. She was released on bond. 

Sept. 1

• Craig Andrew Boivin, 24, of the 3800 block of Clover Place Drive, was charged with misdemeanor disorderly intoxication.
• Kamonwon Kleindeider, 34, of the 200 block of Maple Ave., was charged with misdemeanor battery on a spouse. 
• Cynthia Denise Mancuso, 47, of the 300 block of Somerset Lane, was charged by Florida State Highway Patrol with felony possession of a controlled substance and the following misdemeanors: possession of marijuana and DUI involving property damage. She was released on bond.
• William Ronald Montanye, 29, of the 30000 block of U.S. Highway 19, was charged with the following misdemeanors: driving while a license is suspended or revoked, an unassigned tag, and two counts of failure to appear in court on charges of driving while a license is suspended or revoked. He was released on bond.
• Thomas Delos Spencer, 63, of the 500 block of Rebstock Boulevard, was charged with felony battery on law enforcement officer and misdemeanor DUI. He was released on bond.

Sept. 2

• Bernice Ann Lytle, 51, of the 100 block of Liberty Way, was charged by Largo Police with misdemeanor trespassing. 

Sept. 3

• Luciana Marion, 35, of the 3700 block of Chrltenham Drive, was charged with misdemeanor battery. 
• Jason Scott Roggenbuck, 32, of the 1200 block of Sutherland Drive, was charged with misdemeanor driving while a license is suspended or revoked. He was released on his own recognizance.
• Paul Richard Smith, 47, of the 2200 block of Portofino Place, was charged by Largo Police with two counts felony retail theft and misdemeanor obtaining property in return for a worthless check. 

Sept. 4

• Nathan Edward Lacy, 32, of the 700 block of Baldwin Road, was charged with misdemeanor violation of an injunction for protection against domestic violence. 
• Roy Anthony Waytowich, 30, of the 1900 block of Citrus Hill Road, was charged by St. Petersburg Police with two counts felony burglary of an unoccupied structure. 
• Myranda Rae Profeta, 22, of the 1800 block of Oak Drive, was charged with misdemeanor failure to appear for driving while a license is suspended or revoked. 

Sept. 5

• Robert James Ciccarello, 33, of the 400 block of Willow Lane, was charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct and resisting and officer without violence. 
• Rashard Jockcomeano Hull, 24, of the 2200 block of Adam Court, was charged with the following felonies: fleeing or eluding and tampering with physical evidence; and the following misdemeanors: three counts possession of marijuana, two counts driving while a license is suspended or revoked, and possession of paraphernalia. 
• Kelsey Joseph Aromola, 20, of the 4000 block of Diamond Leaf Court, was charged with misdemeanor driving while a license is suspended or revoked. He was released on bond.

Sept. 6

• Gregory Emil Miceli, 25, of the 1400 block of Nebraska Ave., was charged with misdemeanor DUI.
