Palm Harbor Jail Bookings: Sept. 7 to 13

The following report shows charges associated with Palm Harbor residents booked at Pinellas County Jail between Sept. 7 and 13, 2013. All arrests were made by Pinellas County Sheriff's deputies unless noted otherwise. 

Being arrested on charges does not mean a person has been convicted of the crime. 

Sept. 7

• Tyler Whitham, 26, of the 500 block of Hammock Drive, was charged with misdemeanor DUI. He was released on his own recognizance.

Sept. 8

• Kyle Jackson Calhoun, 26, of the 1500 block of Florida Avenue, was charged with two felony counts violation of an injunction for protection against domestic violence, felony burglary with assault or battery and felony aggravated assault. He is in custody.
• Daniel J. Hamrock, 20, of the 1800 block of Palmcrest Lane, was charged by Clearwater Police with felony retail theft.
• Katherine C. Powell, 39, of the 00 block of Lime Street, was charged with misdemeanor disorderly intoxication.

Sept. 9

• Gary David Gamble, 64, of the 3300 block of Crystal Court, was charged with misdemeanor domestic battery. 
• Michael Paul Leary, 38, of the 2100 block of Orangeside Road, was charged with felony burglary of an unoccupied structure. 
• Jacqueline S. Martel, 46, of the 2100 block of Orangeside Road, was charged with misdemeanor driving while a license is suspended or revoked. She was released on bond.

Sept. 10

• Robert F. Boles, 58, of the 1500 block of Ohio Avenue, was charged with felony aggravated assault. He was released on bond. 
• Joshua David Derringer, 26, of the 1600 block of East Grovehill Road, was charged with felony driving while a license is suspended or revoked (second, habitual offense). He was released on bond. 
• Michael Thomas Divito, 46, of the 2600 block of 10th Court, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault.
• David Allen Hubbard, 23, of the 200 block of Driftwood Drive N., was charged with felony violation of probation for possession of a blank prescription, felony violation of probation for obtaining a controlled substance and misdemeanor violation of pre-trial release. 
• Sean Donald Neal, 39, of the 2800 block of Trialwood Drive, was arrested on charges from a fugitive warrant in Athens County, Ohio.
• Mark D. Vinci, 51, of the 1500 block of Illinois Avenue, was charged with two counts misdemeanor failure to appear in court on a battery charge. He was released on his own recognizance. 

Sept. 11

• No Palm Harbor residents were charged on this day, according to Pinellas County Jail records.

Sept. 12

• Patrick Roland Errion, 54, of the 2000 block of Sandpiper Drive, was charged with misdemeanor domestic battery. 
• Sandra Danica Galla, 41, of the 2400 block of Clubside Court, was charged by Clearwater Police with felony possession of phentermine and felony possession of detroamphetamine. She was released on bond.
• Brett Alan Lewis, 25, of the 3200 block of Haviland Court, was charged with felony criminal mischief and misdemeanor domestic battery. 
• Colleen Marie Lloyd, 36, of the 2700 block of Baird Court, was charged with misdemeanor DUI.  
• Damon Frank Scanlon, 33, of the 2200 block of Bancroft Circle, was charged with misdemeanor failure to appear in court on a charge of driving while a license is suspended or revoked. 

Sept. 13

• Melanie Ann Chavez, 25, of the 1300 block of Normandy Circle, was charged with misdemeanor disorderly intoxication in a public place and felony resisting an officer with violence. 
• William James Farly, 70, of the 1700 block of Pine Ridge Way, was charged with misdemeanor DUI.
• John Anthony Garrett, 34, of the 2300 block of Cypress Pond Road, was charged with misdemeanor retail theft. He was released on bond.
• Brett Alan Lewis, 25, of the 3200 block of Haviland Court, was charged with felony criminal mischief and misdemeanor domestic battery. 
• Richard Russell Minieri, 53, of the 1700 block of Pipers Meadow Drive, was charged with three felony counts possession of a controlled substance and one felony count manufacture of marijuana.
• Christopher J. Templeton, 24, of the 3500 block of Rolondo Drive, was charged with misdemeanor driving while a license is suspended or revoked.
