Miami-Dade County Public Schools (M-DCPS) continues to partner with the University of Miami Health System Pediatric Mobile Clinic.

Miami-Dade County Public Schools (M-DCPS) continues to partner with the University of Miami Health System Pediatric Mobile Clinic to offer COVID-19 testing, school-required vaccines and the COVID-19 vaccine to eligible students. Attached are fliers in English, Spanish and Haitian Creole listing all the vaccination locations, dates and times throughout the month of October. Walk-ups are welcome. All individuals under the age of 18 receiving a vaccine must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

To be eligible for the COVID-19 vaccine, students MUST be at least 12 years old on the day they are receiving it. They also must have a completed COVID-19 vaccine screening and consent form, which will be available at the sites.
