4 Charged In Kendall Drug Deal Gone Bad
Police say that a woman was killed as a result of a drug deal at the Village at Dadeland apartment complex.

KENDALL, FL β A man and woman born one day apart in their twenties were shot Wednesday afternoon at the Village at Dadeland apartment complex, according to Miami-Dade Police. The woman later died from her injuries and police now say that the shooting was part of a drug deal gone bad. The community is located at 7530 SW 82 Street.
Detective Argemis Colome of the Miami-Dade Police Department identified the dead woman as 23-year-old Tatiana Hernandez. Her male companion, who was wounded in the attack was identified as Anthony Touzet, who was born one day before Hernandez.
Colome said that police charged four people with second-degree murder in connection with Hernandez' death, including Touzet. Also charged were 21-year-old Jordan Gutierrez, 22-year-old Jose Jimenez and Sarah Pagliery, who is also 22.

"Further investigation revealed that all parties involved were conducting a narcotics transaction with Jordan Gutierrez," explained Colome. "A verbal dispute escalated to a physical altercation resulting in gunfire."
Touzet and Hernandez were driven to South Miami Hospital by Jose Jimenez and Sarah Pagliery after they were shot, according to Colome, who identified Gutierrez as the shooter.

"Investigators were able to identify and locate all of the individuals involved and charge them accordingly," Colome added of the shooting that occurred shortly after 2 p.m. on Wednesday.
Touzet remained at South Miami Hospital, where he was in stable condition. Hernandez was moved to Jackson South Hospital, where she died.
