Bayway Bridge Lanes Closed
There are lane closures on Bayway Bridge between St. Petersburg and St. Pete Beach to allow for concrete to be delivered for the bridge reconstruction.

Expect delays and detours on the Bayway Bridge starting today. Lanes will be closed between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. for the rest of the week for delivery of concrete for the bridge construction.
The Pinellas Bayway Bridge Replacement project will include replacing the
existing two lane bascule bridge with a four lane fixed high-level bridge.
The bridge is located along the Pinellas Bayway (State Road 682) between Gulf Boulevard (State Road 699) and west of State Road 679/Sun Boulevard.

During the delivery times, all eastbound State Road 682 traffic on the west side of the bridge will be detoured to Corey Causeway to get back to US 19, Interstate 275 and State Road 682. Signs will be posted to help motorists.
State Road 682 westbound will remain open during the delivery times. The bridge will also still open for boat traffic.
