Belcher Road Lanes Closed For Sewer Repairs
The repair work is scheduled to be completed by Jan. 15.

PINELLAS PARK, FL — The center lanes of Belcher Road between Park Boulevard and 72nd Avenue in Pinellas Park have been closed to allow utilities crews to repair a broken gravity sewer main at the intersection of Belcher Road and 72nd Avenue.
Northbound traffic on Belcher Road is limited to the outermost lane, with no left turns being allowed onto Park Boulevard. Southbound traffic is limited to the outermost lane of Belcher Road. Motorists are encouraged to avoid the area as much as possible.
The work has also required that 72nd Avenue be closed at the intersection of Belcher Road to stage equipment for maintaining operation of the sewer system while the repair is being completed. Residents in the area have been advised to use 72nd Street North or 73rd Street North as an alternate route into the neighborhood.
