Cambria Hotels Hosts Ribbon-Cutting For Madeira Beach Property

Cambria Hotels is celebrating the grand opening of its third property in Florida: the Cambria Hotel St. Petersburg -Madeira Beach.

MADEIRA BEACH, FL — Cambria Hotels is celebrating the grand opening of its third property in the Sunshine State: the Cambria Hotel St. Petersburg -Madeira Beach Marina.

The five-story, 125-room waterfront hotel is located in Madeira Beach Town Center, 15015 Madeira Way. The hotel features a rooftop bar with panoramic Gulf Coast views, an infinity pool with cabanas, spacious guestrooms and suites and locally curated food and beverage menus.

Interior design elements were inspired by the legend of John LeVeque, a pirate-turned-turtle farmer who is credited as the first western settler of the area and who buried treasure on the beach.

Attending a ribbon-cutting ceremony were Madeira Beach Mayor John Hendricks and City Manager Robert Daniels, along with Janis Cannon, senior vice president of upscale brands for Choice Hotels, and the hotel’s development company Madeira Hotel Investors LLC., Kevin Bowden, owner of the Cambria Hotel St. Petersburg – Madeira Beach Marina, and Steve Lambert, general manager of the Cambria Hotel St. Petersburg – Madeira Beach

A donation to Gulf Beaches Rotary, an organization of business and civic leaders from the Madeira Beach and Treasure Island area, was presented at the event as a token of the brand’s support and appreciation to the community.
