waterfront condo. This seasonal rental is right on the water, with a screened-in patio. The two-bedroom, two bath condo goes for $1,800 monthly, including
utilities.

2.) 7100 Sunset Way: This 11th-floor, two bedroom, two-bath condo at Envoy Point offers panoramic waterfront views from the master bedroom, living and dining rooms, kitchen and balcony. Want to get closer to the water? Just walk out the door and you're on St. Pete Beach. Of course, this all comes at a price: $2800 monthly (off-season rates).

3.) Sunset Way at 27th Ave.: Sometimes it's fun to just dream. The historic four-bedroom "Budweiser" home on Pass-a-Grille Beach is for rent; no price is listed. The home was built in 1946 by Billy Mills, who developed the Busch Gardens Theme Parks. It is fully restored, on the Gulf of Mexico. Need we say more? OK. We will. It also boasts private beach access, a large back patio, and hot tub. The listing says for "serious" interest only.
