The dog was found Friday morning in the area of 52nd Street and 88th Avenue in Pinellas Park.
The dog is healthy and happy, but wants to go home, police said. He is being taken to Pinellas County Animal Services, 12450 Ulmerton Road, Largo, where the owner can claim him.
