The Brass Monkey offers an entire potato skin menu, complete with five different preparations: pizza ($8), mexican ($9), seafood ($12), crab ($11) or traditional ($8). For something a little less ordinary, try the seafood skins with a blend of crab, scallop, shrimp and cheddar cheese.
