Pinellas Beaches Honor Spring College Graduates

Pinellas Beaches Patch is honoring spring college graduates from Pinellas Park, Seminole, Madeira Beach and other towns along the beaches.

PINELLAS PARK, FL — Pinellas Beaches Patch is honoring spring college graduates from Pinellas Park, Seminole, Madeira Beach and other towns along the Pinellas County beaches.

Tallahassee Community College

Tallahassee Community College recognized more than 3,000 graduates during the college's commencement ceremony on May 2. The following local students are set to earn their degrees:

  • Logan Starczewski of Seminole
  • Sean Kofflin of Indian Rocks Beach
  • Kayla Dunkel of Indian Rocks Beach

Duke University

Melissa Alexa Baldino from North Redington Beach graduated from Duke University on May 10, with a bachelor of science degree in biology and a bachelor of arts degree in environmental science and policy.

Cedarville University

Jared Bird of Seminole graduated from Cedarville University in Cedarville, Ohio, with a bachelor of science in mechanical engineering degree.

Hamilton College

Sterling Bray of Seminole was named the recipient of The Senior Prize in Economics at Hamilton College's annual Class & Charter Day May 11 in Clinton, New York.

The Senior Prize in Economics is awarded to the outstanding senior concentrator in economics.
Bray, a senior majoring in economics and government, is a graduate of Northwood School.

St. Francis University

Britney Valerian of Seminole graduated with a master of human resource degree from Saint Francis University in Loretto, Pennsylvania, May 10.

Georgia College

Margaret Delisle from Reddington Shores graduated from Georgia College in Milledville, Georgia, with a major in creative writing.

Georgia Tech

Walker Byrnes of Seminole received a bachelor of science in mechanical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta May 1.

Troy University

Eric Culbreath of Seminole graduated from Troy University in Troy, Alabama, with an undergraduate degree from the College of Health and Human Services while taking classes at Troy Online.

University of North Georgia

James Gorham of Seminole graduated with bachelor of science - biology degree from the University of North Georgia in Dahlonega, Georgia.

Hamilton College

Sterling Bray of Seminole received a bachelor of arts degree from Hamilton College in Clinton, New York.
