A woman and her dog were saved from a house fire Friday morning in Pinellas Park. However, her two cats are missing.

PINELLAS PARK, FL — A woman and her dog were saved from a house fire Friday morning in Pinellas Park. However, her two cats are missing.
The Pinellas Park Fire Department and Largo Fire Rescue responded to a fire at 5809 99th Terrace N in Pinellas Park around 10 a.m.
Upon arrival, firefighters found heavy smoke and flames coming from the roof, and launched a defensive attack with the help of Pinellas Park's aerial truck.

There was a woman, her dog and her two cats in the house when the fire broke out. The woman escaped and firefighters found the dog unharmed in the back yard. However, the two cats have not been found.
The state fire marshal is investigating the cause of the fire, which gutted the house and caused the roof to collapse.
