Wheel Throwing/Handbuilding All Levels - Joyce Scalzo
Grow and create your own unique work using a variety of building techniques and surface decoration. Gain inspiration from studying ceramics throughout the ages and the world of nature. Bring your own tools and try a variety of ours in class. We will explore all aspects of hand building, using the slab roller, extruder, hump molds and traditional methods. You may bring texturing tools, leave, flowers, and all kinds of kitchen tools. Using your imagination and we will find a way to use everything to create functional and sculptural works.
$21 for members; $27 for non-members
