Treasure Island Beach Cleanup Planned On Memorial Day

TREASURE ISLAND, FL — There will be a Memorial Day beach cleanup starting at 6 p.m. on Treasure Island Beach.

The cleanup is hosted by Treasure Island Adopt-A-Beach and Keep Pinellas Beautiful. For more information on how to participate, click here.

City of Treasure Island offices and recreation centers will be closed on Monday, May 31, in observance of Memorial Day.

The sanitation department will be picking up commercial route trash only on Monday. Monday's residential route will be picked up on Tuesday, June 1. Tuesday's residential route will be picked up on Wednesday, June 2, in addition to the city's yard debris.

There will be no change to Monday's recycling route.
