Treasure Island To Celebrate Independence Day With Fireworks Show
Here's a list of places to watch Treasure Island fireworks and places to park.
TREASURE ISLAND, FL —Treasure Island will light up the skies on the Fourth of July with the Treasure Island fireworks show on the beach.
The celebration will be Tuesday, July 4 (with a July 5 rain date) starting at 9 p.m. Fireworks will be shot from the beach near Gulf Front Park, 10400 Gulf Blvd. Those attending should bring a beach chair or towel.
There will be parking in Treasure Island Park from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. for $20, credit cards only. No cash will be accepted and there will be no re-entry.

The fireworks show can be viewed from:
- Treasure Island Community Center, One Park Place at 106th Avenue with metered parking.
- St. Petersburg Municipal Beach, Gulf Boulevard at 112th Avenue with metered parking.
- Gulf Front Park, 10400 Gulf Blvd. with metered parking.
- Sandpiper Lot, Gulf Boulevard at 100th Avenue with metered parking.
- Treasure Island City Hall, 120 108th Ave. with metered parking.

- Ring-Billed Gull Lot, West Gulf Boulevard at 81st Avenue at Sunset Beach.
- Brown Pelican Lot, West Gulf Boulevard at 88th Avenue, Sunset Beach.
- Sunset Vista Lot, 120th Avenue and Gulf Boulevard, Sunshine Beach.
- White Egret Lot, 126th Avenue, Sunshine Beach.

The Treasure Island Police Department reminds residents and visitors to use crosswalks when crossing Gulf Boulevard or other busy roadways.
City of Treasure Island offices will be closed Tuesday, July 4, for the holiday.
Sanitation will be working and there will be no changes to waste pickup or recycling routes.
Treasure Bay Golf and Tennis Recreation facility will close at 5 p.m. on July 4.
