Tampa Firefighters say that arson is to blame for a weekend fire that damaged a vacant home at 6008 N 18th Street in Seminole Heights.
Accoring to Tampabay.com, Tampa Fire Rescue says that a neighbor is a suspect, and that they think he went into the home and started the fire.
According to the report, Brian Justin Gendron, 22, of 6009 N. 18th Street was arrested and charged with burglary and petit theft.
