SEMINOLE HEIGHTS, FL — A malfunction in the air handler at a North Seminole Heights business Monday morning was the cause of a fire, according to Tampa fire investigators.

Tampa Fire Rescue was called to the Florida Fast Title at 6310 N Nebraska Ave. between West Hanna Avenue and West Lambright Street at 8:54 a.m. to fight a fire at the two-story commercial building.

After making sure there was no one inside, firefighters attacked the blaze from the interior, getting the fire under control in about 30 minutes.
